terms of use

These terms apply to craftatom.com, operated by CraftAtom Technologies ("we", "us"). Using the site means you accept them. Our products are governed by their own agreements, published on their respective product sites. Signing up for a product puts you under that product's terms, not these.

What this site is

An information site about Craftatom and the software we build. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Descriptions of our products are written to be accurate at the time of publication; the product sites carry the current features and prices, and they win where the two disagree.

Payments and refunds

Nothing is sold on this site. Each product is bought on its own site, under its own agreement, and that agreement governs its prices, billing, cancellation and refunds. Where it differs from what is written here, it wins.

Our practice across products is the same one: if you have paid for a product and it is not working for you, write to us within fourteen days of the payment and we will refund it. Ask later than that and we will still read the message and decide fairly, but a refund is not guaranteed. Refunds go back to the method you paid with, and how long your bank takes after that is out of our hands. Cancelling stops future charges; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund requests go to the support address on the product's own site, or to hello@craftatom.com if you are not sure which that is.

Content

The text, design, code and marks on this site belong to us, except where we have credited someone else. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Republishing pages wholesale, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not, is not allowed.

Links to other sites

We link to our own products and occasionally to third parties. We do not control anything on the other end of an external link and we are not responsible for it.

What you send us

If you email us a description of a problem in your business, we may use that understanding to decide what to build. We do not treat unsolicited messages as confidential unless we have agreed to in writing beforehand, so please do not send us trade secrets without asking us first. Send nothing unlawful, and nothing you do not have the right to send.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we make no guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change or remove any page at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
