two ways in
We're a small team, so we take on few things and finish them.
- 01
bring us a problem
We choose what to build next from problems people describe to us, not from a market report. If a job in your business is currently held together by a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone's memory, tell us how it works today and what it costs you when it goes wrong.
No cost, no obligation. Some of these turn into products.
- 02
have us build and run it
Sometimes a company needs a focused internal tool and doesn't want to hire a team to maintain it forever. We take a narrow, well-defined problem, build the software for it, and keep it running. Same rules as our own products: one job, no hardware, understandable on the first morning.
Small engagements only. We turn down anything that needs a suite.
fit
we're probably a fit if
- The problem is specific and you can describe it in a paragraph
- The people who will use it aren't sitting at desks all day
- You want something maintained, not a one-off handover
we're not, if
- You need a platform with modules and a multi-year roadmap
- You want staff augmentation or bodies on a contract
- The requirement is still being decided by committee
Saying this up front saves everyone a call. If you're in the right column, there are better firms for the job and we'll happily say so.
one paragraph is enough to start
Tell us what is broken and who it affects. We'll tell you whether it's something we can help with, usually within two working days.
